Rosenberger Construction was recently awarded Tilt-Up Achievement Awards from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association for two of our recent projects, Redi Carpet and TCC Multi-Family Interiors.
The Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) describes the Tilt-Up Achievement Awards as a “program that was established to honor projects that use site-cast tilt-up concrete to introduce new building types, advance industry technology and provide unique solutions to building programs.”
Congratulations to our team!
The new Redi Carpet headquarters includes 45,000 square feet of two-story office space and 55,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space. Maximizing efficiency in the warehouse space, Rosenberger installed a Hydrofit machine room-less elevator. The 30-foot clear height warehouse space, permitted for high pile storage, contains an ESFR fire sprinkler system. Without compromising innovative design or quality construction, Rosenberger knew they were on a strict timeline. Redi Carpet had to be out of their current lease by May, so Rosenberger proactively communicated with the permit office and fire marshal’s office to achieve occupancy as quickly as possible. The sleek new building was ready by May, and Redi Carpet stepped into the luxury of their new national headquarters.
Rosenberger poured innovation and creative energy into the project, designing a two-story, 29,400-square-foot office building with a separate 42,500-square-foot warehouse. Both buildings use tiltwall construction, and the main office is finished with complimentary materials like limestone veneer, insulated metal panels, and sun shades across the main entry glazing. The office lobby inspires with its vaulted expanse boasting a mahogany-wrapped monument stair with glass rails. Large-format tiles extend to the ceiling and mahogany wood panels wrap the lobby, enhancing the dramatic feel. A large conference room features a full glass wall, built in millwork, a linear wood ceiling, state-of-the-art touch screen monitors, and an adjacent storage area for material samples. The second floor puts TCC executives in an environment of sophisticated luxury. Executive suites reflect fine finishes of wood floors and mahogany accent walls. A large board room boasts mahogany wall panels, a coffered linear wood ceiling, and a window overlooking the glamorous lobby. The warehouse includes dock levelers, large overhead doors, and a HVLS fan to help cool the building. Achieving luxurious form and efficient function, Rosenberger designed a headquarters fit for the sophisticated and savvy TCC Multi-Family that can catapult the company to even greater heights.
