PROJECT UPDATE: CORE & MAIN
Rosenberger Construction broke ground on the Core & Main project in mid-July and since then the building bad has been completed and the site grading is 85% complete. We are ready to start the foundations and the building slab.
Core & Main is a 16,850 s.f. building, with a 2,850 s.f. two-story office build-out plus related site improvements and material laydown yard.
