PROEJCT UPDATE: STONELAKE WEST TEN
The Stonelake West Ten project continues to make progress out in Katy, Texas. Rosenberger Construction has finished tiltwall and steel erection and will be starting roofing and exterior finishes soon. Site work is on-going with several paving pours scheduled. Also, the 3,550 SF spec office build-out will begin soon.
Stonelake West Ten will be a 196,000 SF tiltwall shell building, with a 32’ clear height, MEP design/build and an ESFR sprinkler system plus related site improvements.
