Rosenberger Construction is kicking off the year with a new industrial project, Howard 130 Logistics Center, in northeast Austin, Texas.
Howard 130 will consist of three (3) Class A shell tiltwall buildings totaling 376,380 square feet with 32’ and 36’ clear heights. The buildings will target industrial, distribution, and flex users.
